The center has only been open for a short time and I’m glad that I took a chance and made the appointment. I’m getting ready to try a hydro facial.
Firstly, scheduling an appointment promptly couldn’t have been easier! The front desk staff is lovely, which is not always guaranteed at a place like this, but makes such a difference. The facility was stunning - and importantly, clean as can be.
Tina was an absolute delight — she explained everything about my treatment to me like a true skin scientist. I was so impressed with her thorough knowledge of my skin, and her care in helping me understand the process that I would undergo. She kept me informed about each step of the facial as it was happening. You can tell she really loves her job and is a true professional.
I had a relaxing treatment and walked out with a noticeable transformation of my skin. I will definitely become a repeat customer!
One other note — I really appreciated that the staff let me know that they have a membership option without going overboard pushing it. Some spas can be so unpleasant to deal with because they are so clearly working hard to make a sale. I liked the team’s approach of informing me of the option without making me feel pressured to sign up right away.
