Radiesse Butt Lift
The non-surgical, no-downtime alternative to traditional BBL procedures.
If you’re looking to enhance the shape of your buttocks, you may have heard of the Radiesse Butt Lift, or Radiesse BBL for short. This non-surgical treatment uses injections of hyperdiluted Radiesse, a biostimulating filler, to add volume to the buttocks to create a lifted, more shapely appearance.
Radiesse BBL increases volume and stimulates collagen for long-term results.
During the treatment, hyperdiluted Radiesse is strategically injected into the buttocks to increase volume and/or shape as desired. In addition to adding immediate volume and shape, the Radiesse solution triggers collagen production in the area, which leads to further improvements in skin quality, volume, and shape.
Because these additional improvements develop naturally over time in response to the injections, the results of the treatment last much longer than if other products, such as hyaluronic acid filler, were injected. In many cases, results can last for 18-24 months or more, if properly maintained. These unique properties make the Radiesse Butt Lift an effective treatment option for those looking to improve the appearance of their buttocks without undergoing surgery.

What is hyperdiluted Radiesse?
Hyperdiluted Radiesse is an injectable solution that is specially prepared by the injector before treatment. It consists of Radiesse filler, saline, and lidocaine. This blend, in the right ratios, has been proven to have biostimulating effects. This means that injections of Hyperdiluted Radiesse work to stimulate collagen production in your body, even after the treatment is performed.
Radiesse filler is made up of calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. When injected into the skin, the microspheres act as a scaffold to support new collagen growth, while the gel provides immediate volume. Over time, the microspheres are gradually absorbed by the body, leaving behind the natural collagen that has been stimulated by the injection.
What is the process for a Radiesse BBL?
First, you will come in for a consultation with one of our experienced injectors to discuss your goals and the details of the treatment. The injector will assess your condition and create a treatment plan accordingly.
During the treatment, the area is numbed with a local anesthetic, and the filler is strategically injected using a cannula, which is a dull needle that allows for comfortable placement of filler within the proper plane of the skin. The procedure typically takes around an hour, depending on your unique anatomy and the amount of filler needed.
After the injections, the area will be massaged as needed to ensure even distribution of filler. You can typically go back to your regular activities right away, although you may experience some swelling or bruising for a few days.
Typically, the treatment will be repeated about 8 weeks later for best results. The amount of product and number of treatments will vary based on your individual case and goals. Some results can be seen immediately, but the full results will continue to develop over the course of several weeks after treatment.
Who is a good candidate for the Radiesse Butt Lift?
The Radiesse Butt Lift is a great option for individuals who want to enhance the shape and volume of their buttocks without undergoing surgery. Since Radiesse Butt Lifts do not involve downtime, they are much more suitable for those looking for an enhancement without disrupting their lifestyle.
