Hyperdilute Radiesse
The leading biostimulator injection that creates collagen and elastin to address aging skin.
Restore lost volume and rejuvenate your skin with Hyperdilute Radiesse, the biostimulator injection that triggers the formation of collagen and elastin. Great for the face and neck, as well as certain areas of the body, biostimulator injections create natural-looking volume that helps mimic the appearance of your skin before age-related volume loss occurred.
Hyperdilute Radiesse increases volume while stimulating collagen and elastin for long-term results.
During the treatment, Hyperdilute Radiesse is strategically injected into the face and/or neck, adding immediate volume while triggering collagen production in the area, which leads to further improvements in skin quality, volume, and overall appearance.
Because these additional improvements develop naturally over time in response to the injections, the results of the treatment last much longer than if other products, such as hyaluronic acid filler, were injected. In many cases, results can last for 18-24 months, if properly maintained. Benefits of Hyperdilute Radiesse, compared to other injectables, include:
- Stimulates collagen types 1 and 3
- Stimulates elastin production
- Triggers the formation of new blood vessels
- Restores lost volume
- Improves wrinkles and crepey skin
- Improves skin glow, texture, and quality
- Creates an even, natural, undetectable result

Why Hyperdilute Radiesse?
Restore lost volume with smooth, natural-looking results. Radiesse provides more volume and quicker results than alternatives such as Sculptra.
What is hyperdilute Radiesse?
Hyperdilute Radiesse is an injectable solution that is specially prepared by the injector before treatment. It consists of Radiesse, saline, and lidocaine. This blend, in the right ratios, has been scientifically proven to have biostimulating effects. This means that injections of Hyperdiluted Radiesse work to stimulate collagen and elastin production in your body, even after the treatment is performed.
Radiesse is made up of calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. When injected into the skin, the microspheres act as a scaffold to support new collagen growth, while the gel provides immediate volume. Over time, the microspheres are gradually absorbed by the body, leaving behind the natural collagen and elastin that has been stimulated by the injections.
Hyperdilute Radiesse is a great treatment option for both the face and the neck, but it can also be used on the body. Two popular uses on the body include Hyderdilute Radiesse for Cellulite and Radiesse Butt Lift (BBL).
Hyperdilute Radiesse vs. Filler
While Hyperdilute Radiesse and Filler are both are designed to restore lost volume (often due to age-related fat loss) and create a more rejuvenated appearance, Filler is typically injected into specific areas of the face, while Hyperdilute Radiesse is spread evenly throughout the face and/or neck to create volume evenly throughout. Hyperdilute Radiesse has a thinner consistency than filler, which is gel-like and ranges in viscosity depending on the type and purpose. Filler yields an instant result but does not have biostimulator properties, whereas Hyperdilute Radiesse yields a partial result right away and full results over time, due to its collagen and elastin producing qualities.
Hyperdilute Radiesse vs. Sculptra
Sculptra and Hyperdilute Radiesse and both popular biostimulators, but Hyperdilute Radiesse has several key advantages. Although both products stimulate collagen type 1, only Hyperdilue Radiesse stimulates collagen type 3 and elastin, both of which are critical for the skin. Radiesse also stimulates the formation of new blood vessels and is clinically studied to improve skin glow and overall appearance. Lastly, while both products generate results that improve over time, Sculptra provides a minimial immediate results, while Radiesse results can be seen right away.
What is the process for biostimulator injections?
First, you will come in for a consultation with one of our experienced injectors to discuss your goals and the details of the treatment. The injector will assess your condition and create a treatment plan accordingly.
During the treatment, the area is numbed with a local anesthetic, and the biostimulator is strategically injected using a cannula, which is a dull needle that allows for comfortable placement of product within the proper plane of the skin. The procedure typically takes around 30-45 minutes, depending on your unique anatomy and the area being treated.
After the injections, the area will be massaged as needed to ensure even distribution. You can go back to your regular activities right away, although you may experience some swelling or bruising for a few days.
Typically, the treatment will be repeated about 8-12 weeks later for best results. While 2 treatments is common, the number of treatments will vary based on your individual case and goals. Some results can be seen immediately, but the full results will continue to develop over the course of several weeks after treatment.
