Who is eligible for invitation to Aesthetic Insider?
Aesthetic Insider is an exclusive, invitation-only program. Patients who have earned 5,000 loyalty points within the past 12-months are eligible to be invited. Points are accrued at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent. Ask us for your current loyalty point balance!
How long is the Aesthetic Insider term?
Aesthetic Insider is a 12-month program. Once you accept your invitation, Insider benefits will begin on the 1st of the following month. As long as you meet the Insider eligibility requirements again during your initial 12-month Insider term, you will be invited for a 12-month renewal option.
Can I upgrade my complimentary monthly skincare treatment?
Yes, you can upgrade your treatment by paying the difference between the treatment selected and the complimentary offering in the same category. For example, if you upgrade your monthly skincare treatment to a Platinum Hydrafacial, you will just pay the difference between the Signature and Platinum.
What is the difference between Aesthetic Reserve™ and Aesthetic Insider?
Aesthetic Reserve™ is an optional membership program available to all patients, including new patients, at $195 per month. Aesthetic Insider is an invitation-only, complimentary loyalty program available exclusively to patients who earn 5,000+ loyalty points in a 12-month period.
Can I belong to both Aesthetic Reserve™ and Aesthetic Insider?
Yes! You can belong to the Aesthetic Reserve™ membership program, Aesthetic Insider loyalty program, or both! Many of our Aesthetic Reserve members have been invited to, and participate in, Aesthetic Insider to maximize their benefits. Ask us for more information!
