You’re in the right place
If any of this
sounds familiar…
These are the things women in their 40s and 50s are told to accept. Told it’s just stress. Told their labs are normal. Told it’s part of getting older.
It doesn’t have to be.
Why this is different
This isn’t just another
wellness program.
Most practices offering hormone therapy or GLP-1s at a medspa trained their providers in a day or two. They offer standardized protocols, minimal testing, and limited clinical oversight. Unfortunately, the results reflect that.
We believe that a treatment plan is only as good as the data behind it. Before any treatment is recommended, you’ll receive the most comprehensive diagnostic evaluation available in Bergen County, reviewed and interpreted by a foremost women’s health practitioner.
The evaluation
Everything starts here.
In-depth, multi-faceted health testing is completed before your visit so that your in-person practitioner visit is dedicated entirely to reviewing your results and building your personalized treatment plan. This allows you to begin treatments within days of your initial appoinmtent.
Cash pay only. No insurance required.
Your journey
From first step to first treatment.
A streamlined process designed so that everything is ready by the time you walk in. Treatment can begin within days of your visit.
Treatment programs
One program.
Five pillars.
Your provider builds a coordinated care plan from the following pillars. This is not a menu you choose from, but rather a set of clinical recommendations built entirely around your results and symptoms.
Advanced diagnostics
The tools most practices
don’t offer. Included.
Medical-grade body composition analysis measuring visceral fat, segmental muscle mass, body fat percentage, and metabolic baseline in under 30 seconds. Used at every key visit to track real, measurable progress, not just weight.
A comprehensive functional health panel measuring over 130 biomarkers, providing a depth of biological insight that standard panels never reach. Completed beforehand so that all results are ready to review at your visit.

What makes your practice unique?
At Women’s Health and Wellness at Aesthetic Center of New Jersey, we take a comprehensive and personalized approach to helping women feel their best at every stage of life. Led by our nurse practitioner, Seton Ciaglia, our practice is built on decades of hands-on experience in women’s health. Seton began her career as a labor and delivery nurse in 1998 before transitioning into gynecology in private practice, where she spent years caring for women through all phases of hormonal and reproductive health. Through this experience, she became highly knowledgeable in hormone replacement therapy, helping many patients find relief from the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause through individualized treatment plans. As wellness medicine continues to evolve, Seton has expanded her education and expertise in peptide therapy and vitamin therapy to provide patients with advanced, evidence-based options focused on improving energy, vitality, balance, and overall wellness. What makes our division different is our commitment to combining medical expertise with compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each woman’s unique goals and needs.
Why should I see Seton as my Women’s Health provider?
Many of our aesthetic patients know Seton as a great injector and aesthetic nurse, but what most don’t know is that Seton began her career as a labor and delivery nurse in 1998 before transitioning into gynecology in private practice, where she spent years caring for women through all phases of hormonal and reproductive health.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. This allows Seton and our team to dedicate the time needed for thorough, individualized, and unhurried care tailored to your unique needs. We do utilize your in-network benefits for the majority of lab tests we order, and most insurance will cover HRT through your pharmacy. Upon request, we can provide you with a detailed superbill so you can submit directly to your insurance for potential full or partial reimbursement.
Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes, we do accept HSA and FSA as a form of payment for eligible services.
Do you accept CareCredit?
Yes, we accept CareCredit’s 6-month no-interest financing plan.
What is the cost of the program and what does it include?
We require an investment of $1,800 to join our program. This includes extensive labwork, InBody professional body composition scan, TruHealth comprehensive health and wellness analysis, a one hour comprehensive visit with Seton (consultation, review of test results, and treatment plan design), one 30 minute follow-up visit, and access to the program for 1 year.
Treatments and therapies are not included in this initial fee. Bloodwork is normally covered by your in-network health insurance benefits; InBody and TruHealth testing is included in the $1,800 inital fee.
Does the entire amount have to be paid up front?
50% will be due when your first appointment is scheduled. This will go towards your labs, InBody scan, and comprehensive review of your medical history and lab results. The other 50% will be due on the day of your comprehensive one-hour visit with Seton. Both of these are non-refundable as they cover the cost of testing, along with our time and expertise.
Can I schedule one appointment with Seton without committing to ongoing care?
Our practice believes in delivering transformative results through a thoughtful, ongoing partnership. While one-time consultations may be considered in exceptional circumstances, our practice is designed for women who are ready to invest in a comprehensive and collaborative approach to their health and well-being.
Do you take patients from other states?
We do accept patients from other states as long as they are willing and able to travel to our Franklin Lakes, NJ location. At this time, in order to maintain consistency and quality of care, we do not offer telehealth visits.
What does the timeline look like for your program?
Day 1: Inquiry call and initial screening questionnaire
During week 1: Complete our New Patient Intake Form (should take 30-45 minutes to complete.) Come to our office to have your initial InBody scan and TruHealth test started. TruHealth results take 4-5 weeks to come back. Schedule your bloodwork and initial comprehensive visit with Seton.
During week 3: Return to our office for bloodwork or go to your local Labcorp or Quest to have your labs done.
During week 4: Seton and our team review all of your paperwork, labs, and scans to put together a comprehensive plan, which could include HRT, GLP-1, peptides, supplements, and other lifestyle recommendations to get you on the road to feeling your best.
During week 5: You come to our office for your in-person meeting with Seton. During this meeting you will discuss your concerns in depth and you will leave with any prescriptions and/or recommendations for treatment.
Between 3 and 6 months: Schedule your follow up appointment with Seton as needed. One 30 minute follow up appointment is included with your initial investment.
What if I need to see or discuss something with Seton outside of my included appointments?
A 6-month follow up visit is included as part of the program. Additional 30-minute follow up appointments may be booked with Seton at a cost of $250 per visit. If the matter is not urgent and does not require an in-person visit, Seton can be reached by email. Please allow 72 hours for her response.
What are your appointment and cancellation policies?
Out of respect for both Seton’s time and to maintain availability for all patients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a fee.
Is this right for me if I'm not in menopause yet?
Yes. Perimenopause can begin a decade before your last period, and many symptoms women dismiss as stress or aging are actually hormonal. We see women from their mid-30s onward and frequently identify hormone imbalances in women who were told everything was normal.
How is this different from other medspas offering HRT or GLP-1s?
Many medspas offering HRT and/or GLP-1s and peptides are doing so with providers who are not necessarily experienced in Women’s Health and menopause treatment. Many of these providers have only taken a certification course in these therapies, but do not have much experience with them. At Women’s Health and Wellness at ACNJ, our practice is led by our nurse practitioner, Seton Ciaglia, who has decades of hands-on experience in women’s health. Seton began her career as a labor and delivery nurse in 1998 before transitioning into gynecology in private practice, where she spent years caring for women through all phases of hormonal and reproductive health.
