Scheduling Policy

Appointments

For most appointments, we require 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule. Should you fail to provide 24 hours notice, we may charge your card on file up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service ($50 for consultations). For treatments and procedures which require a deposit at the time of scheduling, we require 72 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule. If less than 72 hours advance notice is provided, we may retain your deposit as a cancellation fee.

 

 

Deposits & Prepayments

For many treatments and procedures, a deposit is required at the time of booking in order to schedule and secure a date and time with a provider in one of our treatment rooms. Deposits are non-refundable. For treatments and procedures which require a deposit at the time of scheduling, we require 72 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule.

If I cancel my treatment/procedure 72 hours (or more) prior to the scheduled time of treatment, the deposit can be applied to the same treatment or any future treatment or procedure at Aesthetic Center of New Jersey.

If, for any reason, I cancel my treatment/procedure less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled time of treatment or fail to arrive for the treatment, the deposit will be forfeited and retained as a processing fee and not returned to me, or the credit card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the scheduled treatment/procedure. If I reschedule the treatment/procedure for a date within 90 days of the original date, the deposit or fee may be applied to the treatment at the discretion of the staff of Aesthetic Center of New Jersey.
