Looking to improve the shape of your nose without undergoing surgery? Non-surgical rhinoplasty, also known as a non-surgical nose job or liquid nose job, is a method of improving the appearance of a dorsal hump or drooping tip non-invasively using hyaluronic acid-based filler, PDO threads, and/or tox.

Benefits of a Non-Surgical Nose Job

Non-surgical rhinoplasty can help improve the appearance of the nose instantly without surgery or downtime. A “liquid nose job” can help:

  • Smooth the dorsal hump
  • Lift the nasal tip
  • Promote a slimmer appearance

Why Non-Surgical Rhinoplasy?

Correct or improve mild to moderate concerns relating to the nose without surgery or downtime.

Liquid Nose Job with Filler

Hyaluronic acid-based fillers can be used to reshape the nose by adding volume and contour. Proper product selection is critical for this, as very few fillers are suitable for non-surgical rhinoplasty while providing long-term results. For correcting a dorsal hump, fillers are strategically injected above and/or below the hump to create a smoother profile. To lift the nasal tip, fillers can be placed near the tip to provide the appearance of elevation and enhanced projection.

Non-Surgical Nose Job with PDO Threads

PDO (polydioxanone) threads are thin, dissolvable sutures inserted beneath the skin to lift and reshape specific areas of the nose. They stimulate collagen production, improving skin quality and providing structural support. PDO threads are effective for both dorsal hump correction and nasal tip lifting, offering long-lasting results. PDO Threads can be used alone or in conjunction with filler.

Non-Surgical Nose Enhancement with Tox

Tox (Botox, Xeomin, or Daxxify) can be used to lift the nasal tip by targeting the muscles that pull the tip downward. By relaxing these muscles, the tip lifts slightly, reducing the appearance of a drooping tip. Tox can also be injected strategically to relax the muscles that widen the nostrils, promoting a narrower appearance as well.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty FAQs

Can I correct a dorsal hump and drooping tip non-surgically?

Yes! Our non-surgical rhinoplasty specialist has years of experience with correcting dorsal humps and drooping tips with a combination of skillful techniques.

How many treatments are needed for optimal results?

In most cases, the procedure can be performed in just one visit.

What is the recovery time?

Non-surgical nose jobs require no real downtime. You can expect to experience some mild redness, swelling, and possible bruising in the area of treatment, which will progressively improve over the several days following treatment.

Is the treatment painful?

We aim to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. We inject a numbing solution prior to the procedure, and in some cases, we may also use a topical numbing cream, to minimize any discomfort.

Are non-surgical nose jobs safe?

The safety of aesthetic treatments relies primarily on the provider, which is why it is so important to choose an experienced, dedicated, and skilled injector whose work you have seen. While treating the nose area does have more risk than other areas of the face, we are pleased to say that we have not had any adverse effects.
