Cancellation & Scheduling Policy

Please note that we require 72 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as soon as possible at 877-750-0020 or text us at 201-425-0825.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the appointment are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the value of the scheduled service(s) unless otherwise noted. Saturday consultations cancelled or rescheduled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time are subject to a fee of $50.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the cancellation policy as stated above and understand that your card on file may be charged according to this policy.

Deposits & Prepayments

For many treatments and procedures, a deposit is required at the time of booking in order to schedule and secure a date and time with a provider in one of our treatment rooms. Deposits are non-refundable. For treatments and procedures which require a deposit at the time of scheduling, we require 72 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule.

If I cancel my treatment/procedure 72 hours (or more) prior to the scheduled time of treatment, the deposit can be applied to the same treatment or any future treatment or procedure at Aesthetic Center of New Jersey.

If, for any reason, I cancel my treatment/procedure less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled time of treatment or fail to arrive for the treatment, the deposit will be forfeited and retained as a processing fee and not returned to me, or the credit card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the scheduled treatment/procedure. If I reschedule the treatment/procedure for a date within 90 days of the original date, the deposit or fee may be applied to the treatment at the discretion of the staff of Aesthetic Center of New Jersey.

Cards on File

By scheduling an appointment, we may require a credit card to be stored on file, and you agree that we are authorized to charge any cards on file to enforce our cancellation policy, collect payment for invoices due, and process recurring charges such as membership fees. By receiving services or making purchases at Aesthetic Center of New Jersey, you understand that any credit or debit cards used at our practice will be stored on file and you authorize that we may charge them at any time for the aforementioned reasons.
